Refunds

- A container is a slot for one knowledge project. Creators need one container per project. Creator Gateway includes 10 free containers; Life Access includes 25. Additional containers can be purchased.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after you cancel.
- Are creator purchases (Gateway or Life Access) refundable?

- Who can create and publish projects?
- Anyone who purchases Creator Gateway or Life Access can create and publish projects. Projects may be subject to review before publication in line with our content and acceptable use policies.
