Refund & Payment Policy

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all purchases made within the Knowledge Ecosystem platform (“Platform”).
1. One-Time Purchases
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Life Access purchases are non-refundable.
- Creator Gateway purchases are non-refundable.
- Project container purchases are non-refundable.
- All one-time purchases are final once completed.
If a purchase was made in error, contact us within 7 days at the support contact provided in the application. We reserve the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Subscriptions
Ecosystem subscriptions:
- May be canceled at any time.
- Remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
- Canceling prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.
3. Billing & Payment Processing
Payments are processed through approved financial providers.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method.
- The information provided is accurate.
- You authorize recurring charges (if subscribing).
4. Chargebacks & Abuse
Improper chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in:
- Account suspension
- Loss of published content
- Permanent removal from the Platform
