Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement governs the rights and responsibilities of users who publish content (“Creators”) on the Platform.

By submitting a project for publication, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your content.

By publishing, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, distribute, promote, cache, and create platform previews or excerpts. This license exists solely to operate and promote the Platform.

2. Content Standards & Moderation

All content is subject to review.

We reserve the right to approve or reject submissions, remove content that violates policies, apply publishing cooldowns or rate limits, and suspend or terminate creator access. Moderation decisions are final.

3. Creator Products & Payments

If the Platform offers creator-based monetization:

• Payouts are governed by the Platform’s revenue allocation model.
• The Platform may adjust distribution mechanisms to prevent abuse.
• Fraudulent engagement or manipulation voids payouts.
• The Platform may withhold payments in cases of suspected abuse, policy violations, or legal concerns.

4. Representations

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to all content submitted.
• Your content does not infringe on intellectual property.
• Your content complies with applicable law.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims arising from your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these agreements.

6. Termination

If your account is terminated, your license to use the Platform ends, published content may be removed, and accrued unpaid balances may be forfeited if violations occurred.
