Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard. One-time creator purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscription users may cancel at any time through their account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
All payments are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Subscription users retain access through the active billing cycle after cancellation. If you experience billing issues, please contact support.

Ecosystem Access is a monthly subscription that lets you explore all published public projects on the platform. You can discover and read structured knowledge from creators across disciplines.
A container is a slot for one knowledge project. Creators need one container per project. Creator Gateway includes 10 free containers; Life Access includes 25. Additional containers can be purchased.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after you cancel.

Anyone who purchases Creator Gateway or Life Access can create and publish projects. Projects may be subject to review before publication in line with our content and acceptable use policies.
